5. Reverse Pickup for Exchanges
We offer reverse pickup services within India for eligible exchange requests approved under our Exchange Policy.
However, reverse pickup availability depends on courier serviceability in specific locations. In certain non-serviceable areas, customers may be requested to self-ship the item to our warehouse.
Exchange processing will begin once the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection process.
