Order Cancellation

Customers may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed for dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Once the order enters the processing or shipping stage, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it is considered under fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

In such cases, customers may refer to our Return Policy (if applicable) after receiving the order.

Customized or Special Orders

Certain limited-edition, made-to-order, customized, or specially prepared products may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been confirmed.

This helps us maintain the exclusivity and craftsmanship standards of every East Kala piece.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is successfully approved, the refund process will be initiated accordingly.

  • Prepaid Orders → Refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking partner.

Customers will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

While we will do our best to accommodate changes, modifications cannot be guaranteed once order processing has started.
